25th Graduation Day on 16th March 2024

Dear Graduands,

We are pleased to inform you that the 25th Silver Jubilee Graduation Day Ceremony for the year 2024 (those who passed out in April 2022 (UG 2019 - 2022 Batch) & (PG 2020 - 2022 Batch) of our college will be held on Saturday 16th March, 2024  at 9.45 a.m. in MGR Hall, HU

Kindly provide the details in the Google form on or before  11th March, 2024 without fail.

Reporting time is 8.30 am to 9.30 a.m. on 16th March, 2024.

Late comers after 9.30 am will not be permitted to collect degree certificates from the Dias.

Mobile phones should be switched off during the programme . Kids are also strictly not permitted as per the protocol.

Note:

1. A fee of Rs. 300 will be collected for the Convocation gown (Rs. 200/- is refundable after returning the Gown)

2. Food will be provided for the Graduates, (Rs. 100/- per head to be paid for accompanying members)

3. Instant photo services will be available with nominal charges. The students who need extra photos should pay the fixed amount at the counter.

 4. Kindly bring two copies of recently taken color Photos.
